These are labor prices for iPhone and Android repair. When a row says plus part, I look up the part for your exact model and tell you the total before I order it. You pay for the part first, and for the labor when you pick the phone up.

Swollen battery? I can replace it. Phone battery labor is $30 plus the part. Don't mail it. Carriers won't take a damaged battery, so drop it off on campus.

Drop-off on campus

If you need a screen repair near UAlbany, dorm drop-off is the easy version. You don't need a ride to a mall kiosk. Book a time, leave the phone with me, and most screen and battery jobs are back in 1 to 2 days once the part is here.

I use affordable aftermarket parts, which is why this costs less than a mall kiosk. I'm not an Apple Authorized shop. On an iPhone, a non-Apple screen or battery can show an "Unknown Part" notice in Settings, and True Tone may not work after a screen swap. If you want a higher-grade part, ask and I'll quote it.

Screen, battery, port, and cleaning repairs don't touch your photos. A passcode reset erases the phone, and I only do that on your own device. I'll tell you before anything that wipes data.

Not on campus? I meet up around Albany, and I take mail-in phones from anywhere in the US. That includes Troy, Schenectady, Colonie, Guilderland, Delmar, and Rensselaer. A swollen battery still has to be dropped off.

How much is a phone screen repair?

Labor is $45 plus the part for your exact model. I look up the part and tell you the total before I order anything. You pay for the part first, and for the labor when the phone is fixed.

Is phone diagnosis free?

Yes. Checking a phone is always free. If it can't be fixed, you don't pay.

Do you repair both iPhones and Android phones?

Yes. Back glass replacement is priced for the iPhone 14, 14 Plus, and every iPhone 15 and 16. For older back glass, text me and I'll tell you if I can do it.

Will a screen or battery repair erase my photos?

No. Screen, battery, port, and cleaning repairs don't touch your data. A passcode reset does erase the phone. I only do that on your own phone, and I'll say so before I start.

Can I mail my phone to you?

Yes, except a swollen battery. Read the mail-in page, book with "Mail it in," and wait for the shipping address before you send it.
